JEP-300 Flange Mounted Differential Pressure Transmitter also called DP level transmitter/pressure level transmitter. The smart differential pressure transmitter/pressure transmitter is provided with a diaphragm seal. Realize the measurement of liquid level. Flange Mounted Differential Pressure Transmitter is flange mounted. The isolation diaphragm is very thin and is a weak link in corrosion resistance. So the material of the wetted diaphragm is 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, tantalum. Suitable for anti-corrosion requirements in different situations. It can be reasonably selected according to the measured medium concentration, humidity, pressure, and other parameters. We offer an extensive lineup ranging from 40 mm small bore models to 100 mm protruding flange models.

Diaphragm seals or Remote Seal Differential Pressure Transmitters are traditionally used when a standard pressure transmitter should not be exposed to the process pressure directly.

Diaphragm seals typically protect the pressure transmitter from one or more damaging aspects of the process media.

Remote Seal DP Transmitter is often used as a tank level transmitter. The smart pressure transmitter is connected with a stainless-steel flange by capillary to prevent medium from entering transmitter. The pressure is sensed by a remote transmission device installed on a pipe or container. The pressure is transmitted to the body of the transmitter through the filling silicone oil in the capillary. Then The delta chamber and the amplifying circuit board in the main body of the transmitter convert the pressure or differential pressure to 4~20mA. It can communicate for the setting and monitoring by cooperating with the HART communicator.
